Over 98% of packets dispatched using our courier services will arrive on time, but inevitably there are times when the third party couriers fail to deliver. Under such circumstances, cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damages for delays in delivery.
Fridge-lines for Saturday, Sunday and Monday delivery can only be dispatched on a Friday upon the express written/ emailed/ faxed instruction of the buyer and entirely at their own risk.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the buyer must arrange collection of the fridge-line items with the courier from the local courier depot or collection point while the items are still within refrigeration temperature. You must call the depot first and take the required ID when collecting a parcel.
